I thought of this first ! I sold the idea to General Motors , and they paid me a huge royalty. The prototype is being tested at a secret location in Utah. When it is produced , I will receive serial # 1 as a gift from GM . Remember , you heard it here first.
i could see it fixing that problem with the shortage of energy on the new railgun that they want to put on navy ships , probly already got a contract !

Ok, so 2008,, it is 2011 already, where the fuck are these? Lier!! Probably sold out fuckin wimp! Bullshit artist!! This technology really does work but these ass wipes are just milkin it and making it harder for serious people with out funds to get funds to really do it!! You do not need a battery if it is real! What I think is going on here is that the meters are not measuring the actual energy but pulses of higher energy but the total usable output is less. Put a load on it and see!

instead of putting power into the magnetic generator… what about placing them alongside roadways, or design them to be built into bridges, so that the passing cars would spin the generators and produce the electricity ???
