Its funny how people think the 1M isn’t a proper ‘M’ car when in reality it is the closest thing to the M bible to come in 23 years since the original E30!
BMW is back baby!
Porsche should only make the 911 and the occasional ‘Carrera GT’ type hypercar.
Cars like the Boxster, Cayman and the dreadful Cayenne 4×4 are not proper Porsches imo.

I am trading in my Carrera S in for a Cayman R as we speak. FYI, the Cayman R does come with a limited slip. The R’s balance is perfect.

The cayman and the 911 realistically should switch places in porsche’s line up. Mid engine cayman= well balanced, great design, but its missing simple attributes that would otherwise make it far more capable than the 911. They didn’t give it a limited slip, and if you take a cayman and 911 with the same engine and limited slip differential, the cayman would easily surpass the 911′s performance specs. I JUST DON’T GET IT!

Porsche should use the 911 models name to it’s special Caymans, so: Cayman GT3 and Cayman GT3 RS!
But about the video…which one is quicker around a circuit and which is faster in straight line??

@lufthansaprofipilot Porsche 944? Are you JOKING? The 944 is a badly constructed, soft, poor mans porsche. If you said 911 993 i would agree, and yes i have driven both the 996 and 993, and had a ride on the 944.
